Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may extend slightly (please allow up to 6 business days).
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-4 business days on orders 0lb-1lb 
    • Rate: $6.90
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-4 business days on orders 1lb-5lb 
    • Rate: $9.90
  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days on orders 0lb-5lb
    • Rate: $4.90
  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days on orders 5lb-17lb
    • Rate: $19.90

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order’s progress online. If you don’t receive tracking info within 5 business days, please reach out to our customer service team.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you suspect your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are happy to help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or missing packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Once an order is placed and payed for we do not do refunds. Every set is custom made to order which mean it can not be put back on the shelf. Because of this we do not except refunds.
